At the start of this year, I made a conscious decision to be more mindful with how I spend my time. Six months in, I’ve been building small habits to help reduce screen time and focus on living more intentionally in my twenties.

Here are a few simple offline things to try when you catch yourself endlessly scrolling. ➡️

During my week-long stay, I wanted to experience more than just the usual highlights—so I ventured out and found this spot. It quickly became one of my favourite day trips.
