I wish someone had told me to start these earlier… I wish someone had told me to start these earlier… 😔

This year felt like a real turning point, a slow but steady shift in my mindset, my habits, and how I show up for myself. I’ve been reflecting on the lessons (and mistakes) from my early twenties, especially around my wellbeing, my finances, and the kind of future I want to build. 🙇🏻‍♀️🌱

So here are the small investments I’m making now that my older self will thank me for. 🤝🏼

📌 If you enjoyed this post, I’ve written a full Substack post where I share everything I’m doing in my twenties to avoid regret in my eighties. ✨ Comment "link” and I’ll send it to you.✨

Can you guess where this place is in Europe? Spen Can you guess where this place is in Europe?

Spent a day wandering this magical town and honestly, it felt like a real-life fairytale 🏰✨. Colourful palaces, winding streets, and hidden gardens everywhere you look.

I only had a day trip from Lisbon, but I definitely could’ve stayed a couple of days to slow down and soak it all in. It’s worth every bit of the hype, so if you’re planning a day trip, make sure you start early!

📌 Tips for visiting:

🚊 Take the train from Rossio, Oriente, or Entrecampos to Sintra station (not Portela de Sintra!).

🙇🏻‍♀️ If you want to see all the sites without rushing I highly recommend staying overnight.

📍 Top places to explore in Sintra:

1️⃣ Pena Palace

2️⃣ Quinta da Regaleira

3️⃣ Monserrate Palace

4️⃣ Sintra National Palace

5️⃣ Sintra Moorish Castle
